JOANNEUM RESEARCH Forschungsgesellschaft mbH (JOANNEUM RESEARCH) is a business oriented provider of innovation and technology. It is linked to a worldwide network and has been providing leading research according to the highest international standard since the 1960s. With focusing on applied research and technology development, the INNOVATION COMPANY plays a key role in transferring technology and know-how in Styria.

Weptun was spun off from the Technical University of Munich in 2009 as a business app manufacturer. They have roots in the development of mobile applications. Through challenging projects they have built up broad competencies for holistic IT solutions. They portfolio includes, among other things, app development, the provision of the associated server infrastructure and advice on mobile strategies and solutions.

An engineering company in Munich, Germany which is cooperating very closely with us. Their aim is excellent contacts with German Universities and research institutes.

Newly founded at the end of 2019 in Rijeka in order to cooperate with Croatian companies and universities. Together with the Medical Campus of Rijeka University medical projects are on their roadmap.

The Faculty of Medicine of the University of Rijeka was founded in 1955 and in the past six decades, it has grown into a highly educational and scientific institution with an enviable reputation in Croatia and abroad, of multiple significance for this region, as well as for the entire country. 

The Faculty of Medicine is also a place where the educational, professional, and scientific research activities are parallelly performed and developed.  Apart from the quality of the educational process and the pleasant study environment, studying in Rijeka is really enjoyable for the various sports and social activities organized by the Students Organisations, as well as for the pleasant Mediterranean and Central European environment that their town offers.
